Trailer Pit
I'm in search of a trailer pit. 60"-72"x 24"-30" chamber and a good upright smoker firebox combo?? Point me in the right direction I live in San Antonio, Tx. Wanna make sure money goes to the right person. Not a BBQ pit where not sealed correctly and have all kinds of heat and smoke escape from lids

Re: Trailer Pit
I bought my trailer pit from Klose BBQ Pits. Spectacular quality, but there are several good pit builders in Houston.

Re: Trailer Pit
Either style will work it will boil down to which you are most comfortable with cooking on. I prefer my tuning plates but I can also shift my plates and go to reverse flow on the fly in Bahama Mama. My new smaller comp cooker "Little Mama" is tuning plates only.
