New Smoker Build

Postby Smokinslow » Wed Feb 22, 2017 2:34 pm

Here is a new smoker I have being built right now. G Stacks Pits, he does a lot of competition rigs and backyard builds. It's a vertical 1/4" steel, 6 shelf 24" deep x 30" wide x 5ft tall. they are using stainless steel expanded metal on the shelves, and one shelf will be set up for 10 racks of ribs, the others will be regular shelves.

Beautiful  bad part is that once you get it cooking, you won't have any excuse as to why you don't smoke and cure more meats. - - - congrats and good luck :salut:
