Competition ready rig
One of a kind is an understatement! Custom competition smoker with digital temperature control. Holds within 10 degrees accurately! No heat spikes or drops, runs off of wood. Dual propane burner, bottle rack can hold 20, 30, or 40# cylinder. Custom steak cooker with aluminum shelf & removable coal pan. LED work lights with four 110 plugs. Two large prep stations & two spice shelves. Absolutely the most beautiful wood floor you have ever seen on a smoker! Digital temperature control to separately control either smoker. On/off switch with 20 amp fuse. Two 3500# axles, easy access ramp. So no cooking in the mud! Extra large wood rack for long events. Full gaskets on doors, so no smoke leaks except from the stacks. 250# pressure latches on doors, 60 sq. ft. of cooking surface. About 36-46 briskets! I'm mighty impressed, being an ex welder of course. I'd love to have a family do around that machine. No one would be stuck for words.

I'm on some other bbq forums & seems like this grill is attracting all the dumb people. Just nit picking the grill. This site has been great, like it a lot.

Very, very nice. Add a planchat of some sort to feed everyone at breakfast. Have you considered some type of cover? For me it rains or we have brutal sun. I'm sure you've got that covered too.
Nice job Sir.

Cover is an option, with fold out doors. But extra of course.

I build custom smokers. Competition orientated of course, with electronically controlled temps.

Re: Competition ready rig
That's a very nice rig for sure. Lots of attention and fabrication work went into the little details, and it shows.
Needs a roof though.

Re: Competition ready rig
Very nice setup. I would say roof as well that would be a beast in the summer with no cover or in a driving rain. I am guessing you built the trailer? Did you add screw plates between the cross members to support the floor? The stained burnt wood floor is eye candy for a lot of folks and looks great but if it would not be a big seller for me because I know over time it will be the roughest looking part of your build. Good luck with the sale you do nice work.
