couple questions about new build

so i have a small fab shop in houston with a cnc plasma and a 100 ton press brake just so yall have an idea on capability.....never have done a smoker
i ended up buying this giant 1/4 inch box that already full welded and i plan on replacing the doors with insulated ones...my question is what are the features that make trailer pits sell? im planning on flipping this and having it ready before thanksgiving but just dont know what features help sell and what doesnt........it has a divider in the middle so i imagine i should make it with two adjustable cooking chambers and i also think it would be werthwhile making the fire box out of 1/4 inch and maybe put a lid on top for grilling but beond that i have no clue
