the cabinet smoker is 3.5 deep, 3 ft wide and 5 ft tall ( 35 sq ft). the middle section ( 30 sq ft) will be mainly for grilling or hold over or smoking if i need that much. i have a petition in the middle to keep seperate from the back compartment, the primary smoke area ( 30 sq ft). the fire box is 2 ft deep 3.5 ft wide and 3 ft tall with two 60,000 btu burners. i fired it today to to see how even the temp. not too bad. 275 by the fire box 250 on the other end and behind the first stack 205. but i dont have the thermometers in that i want yet. pastor has already eyeballed it and ready for a gig sunday week. but thats what is for.
