I think a huge STEELERS FLAG will set this cooker off. You Cowboy fans are going down this weekend.

Counter weights on doors are done. The warmer box handles are done along with damper handles.

What is the science behind the firebox opening going to the cooking chamber? Is the bigger opening desired because more airflow is required to maintain a higher temp?

The store I buy at here in Virginia has much to choose from so you let me know. I like Scorned Woman Hot Sauce, so ya might want to start looking. :lol:

There's this stuff down here called Sucklebusters... They make some pretty good hot sauce. You should try it. Good stuff! :lol:
