I lock the grille up when its not in use and when we go in to the BULLS Games after our Tailgates. That way no one can tamper, through trash in the fire box, or hurt themselves on the doors, etc. Plus the racks are Stainless and with the economy the way it is i don't want to find that some dirt bag has stole my cooking racks to scrap out the Stainless, LOL.

I was seasoning the pit today and after the pit had been going for several hours, i was not satisfied with the temp in the warming box. I am looking into putting a gas burner in so i can use it like a Oven/Warming box, ANy ideas suggestions. I have been looking into this burner i found on Bayou classics. ITs like a 50,000 BTU burner so i figures that would be perfect, I can crank it up or just have it on low. I think its like 12.99 on there online store and i found the regulator/hose combo at lowes on sale for 19.99. Let me know what u think

They say here in Europe that everything is bigger out there. And they're right. Really nice smoker!

Found this company in Dallas but they have allot of branches and have been very helpful to me for parts and odd stuff that the local trailer guys never have. Actually one of those guys referred me to them.
