Big Hat Smokers

Postby sparetimetoys » Thu Jun 06, 2013 6:19 pm

Anyone ever hear of these guys? I was at Elliot's hardware here in Plano today and looked at green eggs and pellet smokers to kill some time while my wife was next door. They had thes big grills and smokers from Big Hat. They looked nice and good heavy metal. I didn't like the lids my dad would have trouble with it because they are large and heavy.

Thank You to all the fine folks here for all the tips and advice so I can now smoke a chunk of meat and folks actually eat it.

The builder is a member here. Very nice looking pits. I'd cook on one.

I was in Elliot's today to buy a plunger and naturally drifted toward the BBQ section. Their selection is amazing!!

I seen the Big hat smoker and fell in love. I had to stop and take a picture and of course I shared it to facebook. I could almost hear the guys on my list drooling
