North Texas Grillworks

Postby sparetimetoys » Mon Sep 22, 2014 9:02 am

Has anyone here ever heard of these guys? Im looking at one of those Argintinian grills and the one Im looking at lists them as who built it. I cant find a web site for them. :dont:
Thank You to all the fine folks here for all the tips and advice so I can now smoke a chunk of meat and folks actually eat it.

Never heard of them other than as a cooking team in the Texas steak cook-off.

Very cool, reminds strongly of a Santa Maria cooker like they use in Central Coast Calyfohnia
