Decent looking Pit, Sir, and seeing those G-baby toys in the yard sure brings back some fond memories of when mine were young and spent a lot of time with Pawpaw. Enjoy the Pork Loin Cook and Family

I don’t know who built it but it’s heavy and I love the wraparound apron that’s on it. He didn’t like the flat black so he went back and got some semigloss that he’s going to put on today

That's what we used to call Hot Rod Black back in the days when Moby Dick was a Minnow
10-4 on the wrap around apron - - - I've still got to do something for my PP but I will probably be a small table custom built to fit just it.

Re: Great Deal for my Grandson
Well, The Day is finally here. I'm heading down to his house to help him with his first smoke, a whole Pork Loin. he's pumped. He has seasoned the Pit ( twice ) and prepped the meat yesterday afternoon per my instructions, rolled it up in Saran Wrap, and back in the Fridge. We'll be starting with 2 chimney's of original Kingsford and cooking with Pecan. I won't be able to post pictures until I get back home around 6 but I'll post pics as soon as I can.
