Charcoal rotisserie stuff

Postby Russ » Sun Mar 03, 2019 7:16 pm

One of my fave ways of cooking lamb leg, this time I put a big chicken on as well. The meat was the best ever, lamb melted in your mouth. 2 1/2 hrs slow cooked on rotisserie. Served with potato dauphinois and salads.

My d.i.l walked up the driveway and reached the garage and said the smell was amazing.
