I want to thank Eggie, for talking with me and helping on this next step in cooking... ..I gotta be able to produce food like EH and Bar G...Im a little bit jealous....

What made you decide on the Primo instead of an egg? I'm debating on buying one but really dont know the differences between all the ceramic smokers. I hear that BGE has the best customer service of them all.

Billy, they are almost th same design, th egg is round and the primo is oval. I talked to à Guy That lives in Maine. Hé told me last winter, it got So cold his primo frôle and cracked . Hé called with recip, and they swapped for à new one for $1. Im impressed, So i bought à primo jr, been used once. Well see?

Not sure if Jeff is "moving on up" or "moving to the dark side"
I say moving on up - might have to change his handle to 4 Star Redneck"
It was an excellent buy, in fact even with three eggs, I would have signed up for it if it was in the neighborhood.

I bought the Big Green Egg and they will stand behind their product for life of the original owner if he or she buys it from a Egg dealer . And it does cook like nothing I ever had before and I pushed all my other grills behind the shop
One Weber Genesis Silver, One Weber 22-1/2" Kettle, one Weber 18-1/2" WSM, One Long Horn Offset, One Bradley Smoker, And One Large Big Green Egg....And Now a Orange Thermapen!

Re: Im getting Pit Poor!!!!
When Einstein was dropped by the movers I checked out all the ceramics. After looking around I stuck with Primo. One local Primo dealer tried to push an off brand on me saying they it was better than a primo. Another local Primo dealer wanted to sell me a large oval for a little less than $800 (in stock) but I wanted another round. After some phone calls he told me it would be a month or two till Primo could fill an order for a round. Woodlands Direct dot com managed to get one shipped to me within a couple of days with no charge for shipping or sales taxes.
Primo is a good company with good products. Their dealer pool could use chlorine.
Congrats on the purchase and welcome to the enlightenment.
