Be careful, lot of the Chinese egg type grills making it across the pond, wouldn't have one myself, just my 2 cents worth

reading the info on the site, it appears to be a bit far from what it is copying.
i'd spend the money they want for that on a wsm instead.

Build a UDS and spend the savings on wagu brisket, good cigars, and 12 yr old single malt!!

I would run from it - 21 ga steel is 0.0329 inches - read a couple of the reviews and all positive, but ..........

One advantage of ceramic cookers is their ability to hold temp over a long period of time - just can't imagine how this is any different from a lot of quality grills like WSM or like BluDawg said, a UDS.

BluDawg - ever try 18 year old? smoooooth :D

I checked out the WSM.My biggest concern is that you have to add water, when you use it for smoking. So on a long cook, you really cant go to sleep, because you have to add water. The Kamado is pricey but seems easier to use.

Bill you are over thinking the WSM the older models had shallower pans but the newer models are much more deeper. I have an 18.5 model that I have cooked numerous Briskets on for a slow smoke over water running about 225. The hold steady and have never had to refill. Get it running and hold steady by 9:00 PM go to bed and by 9:00 AM the next morning brisket was off wrapped and placed into a cooler.

I have run it with and with out my Guru and no problems. Now yes I'd you run hotter water will steam/boil out and you would have to refill but if you are cooking hotter your brisket will be done much sooner during the day so you can eat a good dinner and sleep at night with a full belly.

I dont use water in mine. I just wrap the water pan in Foil for easy clean up, I have not had any issues on low and slow. YMMV

No water in mine here either, fill with playground sand and cover with foil, its there to help regulate temperature, never saw any benefit to having water in the pan anyway other than extra cleanup time, after 2 or 3 cooks remove and discard foil and replace
