Who needs a BBQ Guru when you got the sea breeze?
The breeze has the flags flying as if they were hung on the wall. As luck would have it, E2 intake vent today faced straight into the wind. I just started the firebox with fresh lump and left the vents open. Dome temp said 100°F. Went in the house, waited 10 minutes and went out to check the temp. 300°F So I reconfigured the vent openings, place the ash bucket in front the intake to diffuse the wind and hopefully will get this beast under control.
