Kiolabasa Beef and alapeno sausage, baked potato and roasted red pepper. Good, tasty and simple.

So the tatter is cooked as well, I guess you just cut in half and add sour cream.?? Looks real good.

@Kiwiruss. One tater split lathered with butter, sour cream and chives. Other tater was diced and cooked, added to eggs for breakfast tacos
