The fillings: Bacon, Charred poblano pepper, diced onions and garlic and sliced portabella and sharp cheddar cheese

That looks great. Forgive my ignorance, but is a Juicy Lucy just a patty formed to hold other ingredients like a stuffed burger without the top layer of meat encasing it?

@ Outlaw, Originally I think a Juicy Lucy was a hamburger stuffed with cheese. The Lucy fillings have expanded into whatever you cooking imagination can conjure.

Something about you egg guys and knowing how to put out a pretty plate of food! Very nice
