Back from the road
As promised, back from Houston. Sister spent a couple of nights here and requested ribs. Bro of course did what sissy wanted. Seasoned a rack with "a" Texas rub someone gave me. Smoked for two hours at 300, "Kamado Joe was not cooperating". Re seasoned with Costco blend for an hour then wrapped in butcher paper for 30 minutes with all vents shut. Unwrapped, mopped with Uncle Kenny's Mustard Vinegar sauce and let sit at 220 for 15 minutes. According to Sissy ... AWESOME!!! I guess I did ok!
