Thank you Grail, she's better, thanks! Doing a prime rib test run this weekend with roasted potatoes. Add a nice bottle of wine and she's happy! (I know I will be)

Love those steaks, and that spanish Mas La Plana wine is fantastic with steak. Bet this made the week better.
