Steaks on the England PG 100

Postby Swamp Donkeyz BBQ » Thu Mar 24, 2016 2:20 pm

Decided to try out some steaks on my New to Me PG 100. Ran the temp and put them on indirect. Then moved them over to the sear grate to finish them off. Added some zucchini and yellow squash noodles with basil and garlic pesto, and some cream spinach for sides. I love this cooker a little more, every time I use it.

I believe the controller on your unit is a Cookshack controller. Here's a link that is very useful when operating in different conditions and at different temps.
