I've done them before and the wiffie never liked them. Always came out some what chewey :dont:
These came out really tender....didn't even need a knife.....the admiral loved em :mrgreen:
She said she is going to slice the left overs up as appetizers for tonight BBQ.

F.Y.I. - - - I have used them as a Pot Roast Style cook with gravy, taters, carrots, own-yawns, peppers and green beans and they are mighty good that way also. :idea:
