purists axe and sawn wood logs... lazy cooks FedEx delivered sawdust compacted logs(little logs at that :laughing7: )
a debate that will rage on and on...
I use my pellet cookers and the benefits outweigh the costs and losses in my opinion :rose:
what ever you choose just be sure and post pictures
oh yeah some day i'm gonna get me a drum :oops:

no complaints

Have cooked on both types of cookers. Love the Weber WSM, and probably always will. The good news about Traeger is they have been bought by a group in Utah that is trying to turn the company around. With that being said, if you want to invest in a Treager, purchase a pro model. The ones at the hardware stores, Lowes, Home Depot, etc., are not the pro models. They are left over from the old company, and have been experiencing about a 35% failure rate. The pro models are a new model with much needed changes. My two cents
