Pork Belly and Butt

Postby danield » Thu Jul 13, 2017 9:33 am

Hello, new to the forum. I hope this is posted in the right place. I have a slab of pork belly and a pork shoulder I would like to smoke all in the same day using a new Pit Boss 820. A couple questions. Do I need to brine? Is there a temp I can use for both ?
Thanks in advance.
