Maybe it’s a good idea to let your wife know you have a new smoker coming to the house... :dont:

I have a Pg500 coming... I just opened my Christmas present and she got me this awesome Smoker... :cheers:

I Smoked this one on the Offset.... :lol:

I know I said that the PG 500 was backwards with the heat and smoke coming from the top down but achieving that on a offset stick machine is a FEAT!

Went from Smoker Poor to Rich....
