2nd Cook on the PG500
Going to try a Pork Shoulder and some Babybacks for my 2nd cookout on the Pellet Pooper... Here’s a few pics of the start... sides will be Coleslaw, Baked beans and Potato Salad..

A few pics of the finished product.... Let’s just say I’m sold on the PG500... The ribs were awesome and had a beautiful smoke ring... The Pork Shoulder had a wonderful bark and pulled apart to perfection... Everone went back for seconds, so it was a good sign that it was delicious... I’m pretty impressed with the Pellet Pooper, at the ease to dial in the temps. Then just let it do it’s thing.... Ray...

Chesdev... 225 degrees for 12 hours... the last hour I kicked it up to 275 degrees... Took it off the pit with IT @ 195....
