My Valentines day beef tenderloin

Postby G8trwood » Thu Feb 15, 2018 11:30 am

Got a beef tenderloin for my birthday and cooked it up for a Valentines day family dinner.

Cooked it on smoke, 180, for about two hours. Pulled at 120 and seared in cast iron pan. Extremely tender and tasty. Used the perfectblend pellets in the hopper and hickory in the smoke tube.
