Pulled Pork Pellet 'Preciation

Postby OldUsedParts » Wed May 16, 2018 3:30 pm

Well, they're done except for pulling in a little while and then bagging until Friday.
I want to thank Everyone for their help because I was a Newbie on this Pellet Project.
Papa Tom, Wild Bill and Counselor (Maverick donor) kept me from making too many mistakes ?I think?
Here's some pics that pretty much describe 9 hours of my day today and I also got to try out the
"set and forget" we're always hearing when I ran to town and picked us up some Lunch. When I
left the I.T. was 172 and when I returned it was 200 - - - whew, close.

Spent the night in the frig with these condiments.

On the Grates with Maverick Probe in place (thanks again, Counselor)

I've used my Maverick several times before but never did I appreciate it any more as I did today.

Time for the Tin.

They are finished in the Pellet Pooper.

Even had time this morning to bake my Sons favorite cake.
It's a Sock it to me Cake but he's always calls it a Drippy Cake

Looks like all your planning is coming together very well.
Planning is the hardest part for me at least. It's all just a cake walk from here.

Thanks, I must admit that I tend to over think and over plan these kinds of things but I am excited about the outcome and I think my Son will be also. Ended up with two gallon bags brim full.
