My Son's first Pellet Briskets

Postby OldUsedParts » Sun Dec 23, 2018 8:30 am

Got a pic and some info from my youngest son, Bo, who just purchased a Pit Boss 820, of his first Briskets for tomorrow's Dinner.

Bo Wrote:
8 hours 225 degrees and it is so tender with a very nice smoke ring.
4 hours on pit then wrapped up another 4 hours

LOL, in several ways, "yes", but my Brisket Expertise is what I copy and paste from here and send to him :laughing7: :whiteflag:

I am envious of his 820, however, the slider advantage it has Rocks  :salut:
