What a great score !!

Behind the scenes, I've been secretly looking at this EXACT model.
Turns out, one of our accounts shares a building with a Home & Hearth business that is also a Yoder Dealer.
I got to actually look at these first hand and I must say they seemed to be built like a tank.
I know nothing about pellet Poopers, but my eyes have been on this for the past year..... Maybe some day ??

In the meanwhile, Enjoy that cooker and again, Congrats !

Shut her down after six hours. Best job of seasoning I’ve ever done!

Those Bambi Links look Great. :salut:  :texas: I used to use a Processor in Briggs, Texas that made Venison, Jalapeno and Chez Summer Sausage for me every Season, along with Smoke Breakfast Links. I sure do miss those days. :(

I loved my Yoder. Two tiny tips. 1 try maple pellets for prime rib. 2. I believe using it as a grill may decrease the life of the thermocouple. Makes the best prime rib I've ever or you'll ever eat. Congrats.
