Well, finally felt good enough to smoke some baby back ribs. Only took one photo, but they came out with an incredible bark and as juicy as anything I’ve ever smoked. The Boone has been perfect since replacing the blower. A side of Mac and cheese watching the NFL Red Zone with my awesome wife with great Spanish wine and succulent ribs, life is good friends! Week four so no chemo. I hope and pray to be productive and not a zombie this week. :D
By the way, I used Lumber Jack pellets based on recommendations on this forum and I have to say I love them. Great flavor and not a lot of waist. And I taste great smoke flavor, better than GMG. Thanks for the recommendation, this the second bag and it’s been very consistent.
