Christmas prime rib

Postby bogiedr » Sat Dec 25, 2021 11:37 pm

Looked awesome out coming out of the smoker. My wife was in heaven, it was still mooing! I wasn’t as good with it so nuked mine for 25 seconds. I did not photograph the cuts, only the final product. Hope everyone had a great Christmas!

I cooked a prime rib as well on my Rec Teq pellet grill. It was delicious.
