Hello everyone. With the move coming up I did not want to bring that smoker to Texas. My wife, (awesome wife), said that the Boone stresses me out too much. She said if I got rid of it she'd buy me a Yoder!! I gave the Boone to my neighbor!! This move is getting better and better!!

I ordered a smoker the year we moved in to our new house 20 years ago. I ordered a smoker when my wife was at the beach with our kids. I’m a reasonable guy, so I called and described all the cool social gatherings we could have…if only I had a proper smoker. Somewhere amidst this hyperbole I think I mentioned I had one in mind. Two days later I called and congratulated her on our smoker purchase, and I had to jump off right after that to take another call. When she got back from the beach three days later she helped me guide the 18-wheeler carrying the smoker into our driveway. They don’t make Ward Beaver-type husbands like us anymore.
