Need gas grill recomend $150-275

Postby atcNick » Thu Jun 03, 2010 7:03 pm

Buddy is looking for a new grill and naturally comes to me. He wants gas but all I use is charcoal. Any recomendations out there? His budget is $150-275.

Thanks

There is some after Memorial Day sales going on at different locations. I have an Amana 5 burner with Rotiserrie, and love it. I caught mine on sale last year and it was 200 regularly in the high 3's to low 400's.

Check out the big box hardware stores like Home D and Lowes. They're running sales and I spotted some "scratch-n-dent" grills in there that were marked down further in my area.

I have one for sale but distance could be an issue. It is a Charglow (from Home Depot) 4 burner W/side burner all stainless. I used it part of the season last year 2009 then bought one with the infrared rotisserie.
If you or anyone else is interested $125 buys it including a NIB cover (you can have the crappy old cover too!).
Other than this one check Craigs list for used ones or the scratch & dent dept at the retailers.
