Living in the country we don't have natural gas, so had to have the propane model.

SEXY.... I got the less fancy black one early this year and I LOVE that thing. Nothing like grilling steak at 650* just because you CAN. :)

Chileman, upon seeing this I sincerely shed a tear, reminds me so much of my old Gas Belcher 5000. I wish you, and it, all the happiest returns of the season. By the way, in my humble opinion, straight cheap vinegar is the best thing for cleaning stainless steel. Never leaves a residue. This becomes imperative if say, do you happen to be using a whiskey and butter flambé ....
