Congratulations! I picked up a short table Performer two weeks ago, (no starter). First cook was burgers, awesome!! Better than my Kamado for burgers. I then cooked flank steak marinated in Mojo, it was great. Last night I tried chicken breasts, indirect heat! I used the Weber baskets, set to 350 and cooked for 30 minutes ... absolutely fabulous. Tender, moist and tons of flavor. I should have bought this grill years ago.
