Stuffed burgers

My sister just got back from a Baltic vacation. She brought me back a selection of cheeses from Holland. One of the choices was a Garlic Herb cheese ... hmmm, stuff a burger with it? I did! Stuffed the middle of two patties which became one ... placed my flat top on the Weber Performer, cooked stuffed burgers for 7 minutes a side. Result; medium well, juicy as can be, topped with yellow American, all cheeses melted perfectly!! Just love the Weber Performer. I am shocked that my Weber Spirit 310 sits idle as does my Kamado Joe ... Joe used for long slow smoking, Gasser used when weather forces the issue, Kettle used for everything else!! The cheapest grill is the go to grill ... anyone else doing what I do?
The burgers were awesome, by the way!!

Any pics at all, we like pics, my fave cheese is masdaam, I'm assuming its origins is Dutch? Wife loves havarti. Burger sounds awesome.
