Out of practice

Postby TX1911 » Sun Jun 03, 2018 9:49 pm

I've been so busy working with the Vision kamado and Camp Chef pellet grill that, other than replacing the cover a week ago, I hadn't touched my gasser.

Until tonight. No pics, but I burned the Dickens out of a couple burgers for the wife and me. Still edible, but crunchy. Covered up the worst side with cheese to make me look better!

I feel like a rookie again!

Lol - I occasionally humble myself with my cooks. That way I don’t get the big head :)

It happens!! Cheese was a great idea! Extra crunchy? Watch a few Diners, Drive Ins and Dives and Guy will make sure your wife knows that extra crunchy burgers are a great thing! In fact they are "bananas, and bananas is good!!!!!" :D

Its easy to do on a gasser. Turn your head one time and the fire starts.
