Weber summit grill area dimensions… help

I am new to the forum and I write from Italy!
Great forum!
I have a problem with my gas grill.
Three years ago, I bought an Outdoor Chef model Perth 4G+….
The grill and the burners are made in cast iron and, unfortunately, now they are full of rust and some pieces are crumbling…
I’d like to change the burners with a stainless-steel ones and I’d like to weld an “home made” new grill area to mimic the grill of a Weber Summit model.
My questions are: what is the diameter of the bars of the grills of Weber summit? And the distance between bars?
Anyone can help me by measuring his personal weber summit? (I have chosen to mimic the grill of the weber summit because here in Italy is one of the best, but I am open to any other suggestion)
