Air inlet

Postby SmokinChoctaw » Tue Mar 04, 2014 12:16 pm

Has anybody seen one of these or used one. I am thinking of ordering one of these instead of using a ball valve. Any thoughts or reviews would be great.

Looks like an exhaust outlet to me. I guess it would work as an air intake if it seals off tight. CF :D

That is what I am going to make for my next UDS 1 2" intake.

Looks a wee bit on the heavy side for a traditional side mount....and the bottom plate is not curved so, might be hard to seal without an adapter or something.

Man yall are killing me here! :violent: Just when I think I know my stuff yall throw something like this out there. :whiteflag: Is this used on a UDS or an off set as well? Ball valve? :bounce: Would that be used for like a reverse flow? If so...thats pretty dang smart. Hmmm...-JD :texas:

I think Frank Cox uses those on his units. Looks they'd work just fine.

Those work well for the exhaust if you use a flat top lid
