I like the sq look , beats rolling that expanded metal . I probably used too heavy when doing mine but I usually over kill most projects .

Darn, wish I'd known that. I just bought one the couple weeks ago from a guy in Louisiana. Luckily it's very well-made, but I would've liked to of gotten it from one of the faithful here. Sorry, when this one burns up I'll give you a call.

As a customer of BigEd, I can honestly say that his charcoal baskets are the real deal. This thing is solid, and I could not be happier with the purchase. I would recommend anybody thinking of buying one to definitely get with him.
