I was wondering if any of y'all had experience with the Oklahoma Joe's thermometers from Wally? I'm thinking of upgrading from my old gas grill t-meter. It works ok, just want something better. They have a 2 pack for under $18.

I haven't myself, but may I suggest something ?
Sometimes you get what you pay for, sometimes we get lucky and score a great product for very little $$.
When it comes to grilling or smoking, I definitely want something with a good track record and these thermometers are not only really reliable, but they are very well priced imho..
Just a thought, and good luck on your replacement.

the best bbq thermometers money can buy are made by TEL TRU . made in usa and used by many of the bbq joints in texas that are 130 plus years old.. like "stiles switch" and "franklin bbq" also uses them in his bpits
