Postby Polekitty » Tue Jul 02, 2019 2:21 pm

What do ya'll use to chop up brisket? I've been using my craving knife, but need something a little heavier. Thanks in advance.

Either a Santoku style 8" knife or a cleaver is what you want. Both are handy in the kitchen
7 Foot X 20" Pipe BBQ pit with offset firebox
KitchenAid 8 burner 88,000 btu Gasser
Masterbuilt 40" Sportsman Elite gasser
PK All Aluminum Charcoal Grill
2 MES 40" smokers

I personally use a cleaver. I am now lucky enough to have two cleavers so it goes twice as fast.
