Just trying to get some recommendations on a durable remote probe set-up. I have had many, but the probes quickly become inaccurate. I would be interested in what others are using and what type of accuracy you are getting over the long run with the probes.
I have read about the Stokers, but that may be a bit more then I need. Any thoughts?

I've been using a Maverick ET-732 for several months now, and its always been dead on. Knock on wood, it hasn't given me any problems.

+1 on the Maverick 732. I just started using one this year but I haven't had any problems so far.

ditto on the white Mavericks, get extra probes, they are the weak link. The spares you order also have much longer chords.

Well....I have to agree.
I have had the Maverick ET-732 for almost 2 years and it is still going strong. Still using the original probes.

What's that I-Q app for the IPhone? I think that's what it's called. Has anyone tried it?
Thank You to all the fine folks here for all the tips and advice so I can now smoke a chunk of meat and folks actually eat it.

I saw some feedback on it somewhere.....seems it was not as good as the IGrill App for the IPad
