I picked this up on Craigslist for $100 brand new never used! I think I'm really going to get some use out of this. Came with 3 6" deep 1/3rd size pans with gasketed lids.
So I made a couple of pork butts. I pan my porkers at about 165 to catch most of the juices. Here they are pulled off the smoker around 205 in 1/2 pans.
Covered with foil and in the new Cambro for holding. I have searched but I can't find those nice gasketed covers for 1/2 size pans. I did not put hot water in the bottom this time I wanted to see how it would hold without the water.
Lid on and locked down.
I opened it up 12 hours later. Still warm enough to pull easily!
For a $100 bucks I'm happy with this purchase! Christmas in August!!
