Electric Knife

Looking to buy a good electric knife, need some input from fellow cooks.
How bout some more beans Mr.Taggert? I'd say you've had enough!

Not an expert on electric knives but I cleaned a few thousand speckled trout and redfish with a Mister Twister piranha electric knife. Handle was comfortable for cleaning 50-60 fish in a session.

EH, looks like a good one. I love the electric for fish cleaning. Works good on brisket to. CF :D

I like the Cuisinart CEK-40. Built like a tank and makes such nice slices I could easily use it for comps. Not sure if you were just wanting one for home or what have you, but I really like mine, and I've had it for years. So, I don't recall what I paid for it, but it was worth it!
