My Sweetie surprised me this evening with a Delivery from UPS.
WOO HOO can't wait to Test it out ?maybe on a Stuffed Bacon wrapped Loin?

Looks almost identical to my Rec-Tec Bullpen themometer. Wonder if they make them for Rec-Tec...
Nice present though, OUP :)
As a side note, my pen always calibrates correctly in ice and boiling water, BUT it's very... temperamental in the 130 to 160 range for whatever reason. Might want to verify yours with a second thermometer for the first few times.
