New Knife

Postby Swamp Donkeyz BBQ » Fri Feb 22, 2019 12:36 pm

Cooked the Shotgun Fred Cook Off, last week in Huntsville, Tx, with BBQ Bob. He brought me this kick azz knife to play with. This thing lays waste to large cuts of meat, and also makes a fine slicing knife as well. It's a F. Dick high carbon Ajax, from the Red Spirit series. This knife is not a toy!

It was great to meet you too! It's always nice to actually get to shake the hand of our "E-Brothers". I hope you get to come visit us again, and maybe we can coordinate and get to hang out a little bit.
