Dino-Bones

Postby tex_toby » Thu Jan 13, 2022 8:08 pm

I found some beef plate ribs (Dino-bones) at Costco in McKinney for $5.99/lb. It’s been quite a while since they last had them. Going to be eating good at my house this weekend and bought a few extras for the freezer.

I guess it'll be nothing left when I arrive. Sounds like a great meal, though.
