Hello from Wimberley

Postby Sasquatch » Wed Jun 30, 2010 3:34 pm

I'm pretty new to the BBQ/Smoker world but I figured this would a good place to start looking for answers.
Here is my little project, it cooks great but there are a couple more things I'd like to do, well I'm sure this will be a project as long as I have it.

I built the smoker because I wanted to learn how to weld, it started out as a little project and quickly grew into what I have now. It's been pretty fun and a good way to get all the friends together. Now I just need to fine tune the cooking and so at some point I can get into the cookoffs.
