Thanks for the welcome guys and i'm sorry i havn't been back but seems we are busy this time of year.We got back from a 3 month vacation and seems we just can't catch up. :D .We live just north of Rockwall and i like to smoke but it's just the two of us and i can cook only so much.
1 bbq gass grill.
1 Brinkman upright charcoal/wood smoker.
1 Oklahoma Joe's wild west smoker.
The brinkman smoker is a upright but it's not the best and i wouldn't recommend it to anybody, someday i'll get a better one.

We retired  and you will to one day.We went to Ruidoso NM for the summer or during the hot weather,we laft towards the end of June and were planning on staying two months but we liked it so well we stayed another month hehe and we had fun.I guess the most fun we had was to just get away from it all as that was an experience. There is a lot to do in and around Ruidoso especially visiting other towns, want to know what we liked ?,it was the eazy living and getting used to the slower pace and the weather was just right. We are planning on going back next year if we can afford the fuel to get there.

Smoked, now that's funny and i don't care who you are. :thap:
