I thinked today was perfect to smoke some chicken wings....I Rubbed it with extravirgin olive il, worcherstershire saune, and a blend done with paprika, garlic, Sugar, salt, curry, a bit of timo
Smoking with Cherry...I cooked for about two hours, temp was about 320-356
1/2 glazed with bbq hicory & Brown Sugar sauce and 1/2 not
Meat was very tender, bones pulled off clean and taste was very good
